Take a vision test without stepping foot in the office! Follow these directions:

• Download the Verana Health Vision Test App on your smart device.
• Create an account or sign in.
• Begin your vision test and follow the prompts.
• Submit your test to concierge@perimaneyeinstitute.com.

Dr. Periman will receive your results and use the insights she gains from the data to understand your full eye health picture.
